Gail Stewart

Gail Stewart was born June 24, 1955. As the daughter of David Stewart and long-time assistant to Marguerite Wildenhain, Gail was strongly influenced by her many trips to Pond Farm where she studied with Wildenhain from 1973 to 1983. At one point in her career, she received the William Bonne Scholarship for International Travel.

Gail has worked in clay, bronze, and silver. Her art works were sold in the family’s retail shop in Old Town, San Diego, and are located in many private collections.
