Lynn Bowers

Biography
Lynn Bowers graduated from Reed College and the Portland Art Museum School in 1965. She studied with Marguerite Wildenhain at the Pond Farm summer workshops between 1962 and 1964 and again for a few years in the 1970s and 1980s. Bowers established Fox Hollow Pottery in Eugene, OR, in 1971. She had a 15-year career in costume design for the ballet and opera and has also done some residential mural painting. During “warm weather,” Bowers makes ceramic sculptures and creates pottery.
